Deanna hails from Tarpon Springs, where she grew up and graduated as a Sponger and attended post-secondary at St. Petersburg College. Carole EstellaSenior Account Executive
Servicing our Personal Lines clients and has been with the agency since April of 2014. Carole was born and raised in the rural Hudson Valley area of New York State. After graduating from college with a major in Spanish/Secondary Education, her first job was with a large insurance company in Syracuse, NY and this served as a springboard into the insurance industry. She moved to Florida in the late 1970’s but still considers herself a “small town girl from New York.”
Carole has worn many hats throughout her insurance career of 30+ years, at both the agency and company level, from manual rater to Senior Underwriter and Trainer. She has worked at other agencies and for large companies such as MetLife, USAA and AAA. She holds an Associate in Underwriting designation and has a 220 license.
While she appreciates the benefits and advancement opportunities that a large company offers, she prefers the more informal atmosphere of an independent agency where there’s a more personal relationship with customers and more flexibility in structuring an insurance plan to fit each client’s needs.
Carole lives in Oldsmar with her husband Paul who is retired. She has 2 step-sons and 5 step-grandchildren. She enjoys reading and keeping up with current events. She is a pop culture and trivia enthusiast and her husband can’t believe she has not yet taken the Jeopardy! test to become a contestant. Although she has no pets at the moment, she grew up with and has owned cats for most of her life and has a soft spot for all God’s creatures. She has been active in her church, Lutheran Church of Our Saviour, for many years, and has also done volunteer work at her local library.
